  • Great India Travel acts as a facilitator/intermediary and does not directly operate hotels, transport, or other travel services.

  • Prices are dynamic and may change until the booking is confirmed.

  • Any request for changes or modifications after booking is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking. Any errors may result in additional costs or booking issues.

 

Payments & Transactions

  • We accept secure online payments via credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, and other digital methods.

  • All payments are processed through authorized and secure payment gateways.

  • Booking confirmation is subject to successful payment authorization and receipt of funds.

  • Any applicable bank charges, forex fees, or gateway charges are borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All bookings made through Great India Travel are strictly non-refundable.

  • Any advance or partial payment made to confirm a booking is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations, no-shows, early check-outs, or unused services.

  • In case of any cancellation or modification, customers may request assistance; however, any changes are subject to supplier approval and may involve additional charges.

  • In exceptional cases where a supplier agrees to a refund, the amount (if any) will be processed only after receipt from the supplier, and applicable deductions will apply.

 

Nature of Services & Liability

  • Great India Travel acts solely as a booking facilitator and is not liable for service delivery by third-party providers.

  • We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes, or service issues caused by hotels, transport providers, airlines, weather conditions, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Any additional costs arising due to such events will be borne by the customer.
